2. Customer Responsibilities

• Remove personal items from pockets before service

3. Limitation of Liability

Giant Laundry is not responsible for:

• Items left unattended or not picked up in a timely manner
• Normal wear and tear resulting from standard laundry processes
• Pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or fabric weaknesses
• Shrinkage, fading, or color transfer due to fabric characteristics

For Pickup & Delivery services, customers are responsible for providing a safe and accessible drop-off and pickup location.

4. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, EBT, and cash, depending on location.

Pickup & Delivery services may be processed through third-party platforms such as Cents or Curbside, which may have their own terms and conditions.

5. Prohibited Items

Customers may not submit items that include, but are not limited to:

• Hazardous or flammable materials
• Items contaminated with bodily fluids
• Items labeled as dry-clean only when using wash services
• Infested items (including bed bugs or lice)
